The house consists of two self-contained apartments: a large one on the first floor and a smaller one on the ground floor. Up to 8 guests can be accommodated.

First Floor (90 sq. meters)

• 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 2 with two single beds each)
• 2 bathrooms (bath/shower, double wash basin, WC and shower/small bath, wash basin, bidet, WC)
• Kitchen, fully equipped
• Lounge with satellite TV and bar
• Large covered terrace with extensive sea view

Ground Floor (50 sq. meters)

• Bedroom with double bed
• Bed/sitting room with one fold-away bed
• Kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine
• Bathroom (bath/shower, wash basin, WC)

The Garden

The garden is large (2.500 sq. meters), fenced-in and laid out with orange trees, lemons, figs, nesperos, avocados, pears, apricots, chirimoyas, grape vines, palms and olive trees. There is a private pool (9 m * 5 m), garden furniture, barbecue grill etc.

Parking 

This is no problem - there is room for at least three cars on the driveway (gated) as well as a garage.
